Auto send an email with an attachment based on a due date

    Good day

I am looking for some help, I have a spreadsheet that has due dates in column M (2-83) and a list of corresponding emails in R (2-83). I am looking to have an email send 60 days prior to the due date In M to the matching address (cc to my supervisor) in R that contains a PDF letterhead memo. I am using Outlook as my mail application, but for the life of me can get these macros to work. I have tried everything I can find on google and they don't work or I don't understand them!

Any help here would be amazing, if I have add each one individually that is fine, I can make the time!

    Thanks
    Jax

Column M is contract number. I guess you mean column N.

I will design this so that it will mail out anything due WITHIN the next 60 days unless a email has already been sent.

This allows for inactivity on weekend or other gaps in sending out the mail. I do not want to miss somebody that was exactly 6o days from due yesterday if for some reason the program didn't run yesterday.

One spreadsheet to rule them all. One spreadsheet to find them. One spreadsheet to bring them all and at corporate, bind them.

A picture is worth a thousand words, but a sample spreadsheet is more likely to be worked on.

This is a fill in the blanks exercise.

On the control panel sheet, fill in the green shaded information: your email address (assuming you want a copy), your supervisor email address, the full path name to where the PDF attachment is kept, and the PDF File name.

On the mail information sheet, change the mail flag. FALSE will prepare the mail message as a draft, but will not send it. TRUE sends it without human intervention.
