Solver : variable is or 0 or >100

How is the syntax in Solver, when a variable (for example X1) is zero or if not, then at least 100.
I know you have to add another binary variable (X2) with X1 > 100*X2 but how do you force X2 to be 1 if X1>0 ?
Any value between 0.01 and 99.99 isn't allowed.

How about putting a formula in another cell, and adding a constraint to make that cell TRUE

I haven't set up a scenario to test it but it wouldn't make sense to do that if it doesn't fit your problem. Consider posting a sample file for testing.
