Web Query not working for one ID, but is for another

I have a query that goes to a webpage, but sometimes I get an error, other times it's successful. I've cut it down to just the bare minimum for this forum. Unfortunately you won't be able to execute it fully, but maybe you can see something. The URL string takes an "Organization" ID. For 8 of my organizations, this works. For 4 of them, it does not. The thing about the 4 that don't work is the Organization ID is higher than the others. Specifically, the ones that don't work, the Organization ID is 2104535684084667442 or higher. The ones that DO work, the ORG ID is 1998894575011238960 or lower.
The strange thing is if I copy what's in the Address Bar (for ones that give an error) and just paste it in a browser, it works.
I know there's a limit to what Excel will recognize as a number, but I don't know if that's the issue here or not, because it's just included in the URL string.
