I want to count specfic value with two different condition in VBA

Hi,

I need to count the specific values with two different conditions. uisng VBA script

Example:

In my excel sheet1 having the value A:F with N number of rows

column F having specfic value "GND" & power 'in multiple times
column A having specfiv values 'pass' and 'fail"
(ignore C to E column)

I want to extract the no of counts in sheet2 like below (in sheet2 A column either I can type, or copy paste those text, the no of count value should come)
A1 column is GND; B1 column is 'pass count"; C1 column is 'fail count"
A2 coloumn is power; B2 coloumn is 'passcount"; C2 coloumn is 'fail count"
