Matching Dates for copy/paste

I am trying to take Rows 6-8 from my FROM doc (overwriting data if needed) and put them into Rows 5-7 of my TO doc. The column in which to paste will be determined by matching the date in FROM cell C4 with the same date on the TO document - which right now is QQ3 but would change in future months.

The problem is the macro I've tried to adapt gives me an Runtime error 13.

Once I get this figured out, I plan to copy some more.
FROM Row 111 into TO Row 8
FROM Rows 15-110 into TO Rows 29-124

Could anyone help out with fixing this up?
