Auto name & update worksheet tab name based on two criteria from another worksheet

Good Afternoon,

I want to automatically update certain worksheet tab names using two cell names from another worksheet. I would also like to know how to do it just off of one cell "Focus Areas" cell D (the date).

For this example, I want the "Ingredients" and "Focus Areas" tab names to not change.

All other tabs should change to the information in the "Focus Areas" D & E columns, for Example:
First tab after Focus Areas: 1-24-24 Orientation
Second tab after Focus Areas: 1-26-24 Base Sauces
Third tab after Focus Areas: 1-31-24 Open Lab

For just one cell it would be:
First tab after Focus Areas: 1-24-24
Second tab after Focus Areas: 1-26-24
Third tab after Focus Areas: 1-31-24

The "Dates" (column D) usually only change twice a year, but "Select Focus" (column E) will change more often, either way, I would like the tab name to automatically update with the changes.

I was able to get it to work by referring to A1 on each worksheet, but it wouldn't update when I changed the date or the focus on the "Focus Areas" tab, I am guessing because the cell didn't actually change since it is a formula.

I am not very good at VBA but was able to do the previous using it, thanks to the internet. Is there a way to do it without VBA? I would appreciate help either way.
