Paste Range into specific cells

I am currently using the below code to copy data from a file of the users choice and paste it onto the new file. When I set the paste range as just C3, everything works fine but the copied cell from C3 goes into cell C4, etc., which I do not want. Is there a way that I can copy the cells that I want and choose their destination cell?

Currently if I break the code down for each individual cell to copy and paste, it works but the screen flickers a lot.
