How to programmatically lock vb code w/o sendkeys

Hi all.

But, cannot find how to lock it backup.

If the the "Lock project for viewing" checkbox remains ticked, it will be locked again when the file is next opened.

I agree. But, that means after I do a code update, I need to save and close. I would prefer to not close. That causes issue with where the file is saved. If someone opens the file that is an attachment to an email, I would prefer not to save / close.
