Click a cell which populates the time of an incident

Hello,

I am trying to create a basic Excel database, which will allow me to click a cell and this populate a time. I am tracking incidents in a football match, so want to click the box, and this will populate a time from 0 minutes to 90 minutes (allowing for this to run over when needed allowing for additional time lost). I would click say Cell A3 at 4 minutes in the game, and this will then populate 4 in A3... etc etc.

The spreadsheet works on a number of drop down boxes etc, for Columns B to K. it would only be Column A that would auto populate on the click;.
