adjusting code starting from row4 instead of row1 and multiple sheets instead of one sheet

Hi guys,
I have two codes for two files . I need adjusting one of them .
what I need to change to row4 when populate data on userform instead of row1 and populate data on userform based on selected sheet name from combobox3 instead of depends on STOCK sheet as the original code .

you mean no need to create new thread , just ask new requirements for the original thread?
