Count only last duplicate or same values.

Hello,

I need a formula or VBA whatever which can count only last duplicate or same values. Data are in cells C6:P13 and result of counts in range C2:P3

Note: sample data just with 9 rows. But of course in the original data rows will be extended when new data added.so far count in whichever rows find only last duplicates. Maximum row could be 3000+

@JohnTopley, impossible you made it possible. I thought might not get answer because it was duplicate counting from bottom to upside but it worked as I wanted. I appreciate your support. Good Luck!

JohnTopley, I really try first myself but as I don’t have basic knowledge after make the changes all become mismatch I get tired trying hours and hours finally I ask here expert help. Thank you for all the help you provide me. May be some day I wish I can be able to help someone.
