VBA to insert 85 empty rows based on specific recurring cell value in a column

Dear all,
As I am beginner in VBA, I am seeking in this forum for a VBA code to do the following (I have seen plenty of similar questions but not solving my wish unless I overlooked it).
I want to insert 85 empty rows in the attached example of excel, based on column B, whenever the value 14 is shown.
Empty rows should be inserted after the rows with value 14 in column B.
(Or if before, then before the value 15 appears each time)

This macro assumes that your data in column B starts in row 11 as in your sample..
