    Question Modify table formatting to word export

    Hi, I am not a coder, I am attempting to slightly modify the code for this audit form to update the Disclaimer and Confidentially statement sections. All of this code was written by someone about 6 years ago who no longer works here and I have a very limited understanding of how this all works.

    Basically, this is the existing code and I need to modify it to match the formatting of the text shown. I feel like it's simple but I've spent about 90 minutes trying to figure it out and I'm stuck. Can anyone help?

    It would help to see what the current output of the code is compared to what you're requesting help with.
    Also, where is the code getting the information that it is inserting into the table?

    If possible, upload sample files.

    Here's the workbook and the export to word. It is pulling the info for the disclaimer section is on the audit results tab(last one), and appears on page 2 of the word doc. I haven't changed any of the code, I can see which bit it is and the name of the table etc but I don't know which bits I need to change to get it to do what I need.

    This is all about how the Word document is formatted and doesn't have anything to do with the code that inserts the paragraphs. Look at the template that is used and the page layout settings for the disclaimer page, the spacing before and after paragraphs, which are set very large. If you would like the alignment of the page to be more to the top, then change the section:

    This just tells Word to bottom justify the contents of the page, I switched it to top justification just for testing. I think you just want to modify the spacing which is handled in the Word template.

    Thanks for that, I do want to keep it bottom justified, my main issue is having the first section of each paragraph bolded, which is why I was trying to use a table so I could seperate the parts I want to be bold. I'll attach the page as I want it to look but I've just done it in Word myself.

    Oh, I see. I misunderstood. Thanks for the example that helps a ton.

    EDIT: give this a try, instead of inserting the text from Excel. This copies the cell and pastes its contents with formatting into the newly created blank paragraph
