vba based on a cell value

Good day

Please assist with a vba code so that when I click a checkbox on cell: "A16" the value on cell:AC16 reads "TRUE" , then input the value: "N/A" in cell range: "H16,K16,N16,Q16"
And If the value on cell:AC16 reads "FALSE" , then cell range: "H16,K16,N16,Q16" should be blank
