Select and Delete Rows Based on Various Possibilities in First Cell

I have a report that I get daily with a varying number of rows. The first column shows a client's name, some of which are my clients, some are not. I was hoping that I could create a macro containing the list of clients that are not mine and delete the entire row containing that client's information. Or, even better, use a filter to filter out the 50 clients' names that I don't deal with.
