Auto_open Dilemma -- Help

I created an .xlS file, inserted an 'Auto_Open()' macro in a regular Module, digitally signed it, and saved the file. The only thing the macro does is send me an e-mail (this is a precursor to bigger and better things to come). I also did some testing via opening the .xlS file as a 'Scheduled Task' (under All Programs/Accessories/System Tools).

I am now at the point where I want to edit the macro; but depressing the 'Shift' key while double-clicking the file is not working (I think there is some kind of conflict with Bloomberg Add-Ins that are available on our network).

Is there any other way to open this file?
