Design a macro to repeat most of the same information with exception of the date

I create a report monthly the reflects the weight gain/loss of women during their pregnancy. This information is caputred on the date the women deliver.

1/1/2014
pre peg
del weight
change

1/2/2014
pre peg
del weight
change

1/3/2014
pre peg
del weight
change

1/4/2014
pre peg
del weight
change

the date+1 function works to advance the date, but i need the information between to remain static. Logically, there should be a way to do this, but i haven't been able to figure it out..so turning to you.

would i need 2 macros? that doesn't seem likely....

Why do you do this vertically? It would be a lot better to use 4 columns to register your data.
Like:
Date Pre Peg Del Weight Change

This way , you could even use pivot table and pivot graph to see your data.
