    Password protection custom tool bar

    Hi All
Is there a way to password protect my custom tool bars.
I have a custom tool bar that I use with Excel.
Other people-some are mean- that are using the same computer, are deleting my
custom tool bar. can I prevent this in any way.
    Thanks

find the xlb file on your computer. This is where customizations are
stored. copy this to a floppy or in another location on your computer.
Then when you find you customizations disturbed, close excel, then copy this
file back over the existing one.

Why dont you programtically create the custom tool bars each time the file
is opened then if the "mean" choose to delete items ..well its their hard
    luck.

Additionally why not require log in and run a tool bar check at closure of
the file. If any are missing create code to keep a log ( with who logged
in) and or get the code to send you an email idnetify the culprit...then
    sack them
