button Creation

I want to create a button to calculate the percentage value of the value given in a specific cell.
It should ask the user to input the percent value and then calculate the value.

e.g

Cell A5 has value of 560000 on sheet1.
The value of the cell A5 changes for subsequent sheets.
for sheet2 A5 should be (94% of 560000) and for sheet 3 (67% of 560000)
Basically the base amount remains same but the %age value changes.
