creating alerts!or popups in excel

hello!!!
is it possible to create a popup or alert message if any one of the cell meet condition with in the range of cells.

You can use Data Validation for each cell in the range. The cell will check if the data meets the conditions you have set. If not you can display an Alert with a message for the user.

To set the conditions for the cell, first select it and press ALT + D then press L. This will bring up the Data Validation Dialog. Everything you need is here.
