    Validation Dropdown List

Could someone please tell me if the re is a way to get the buttons on a
validation list to stay visible even if you do not have the cell
    selected?

    Thanks kindly for your help,

    Re: Validation Dropdown List

Use a combobox instead of data validation.

No. There is not a way.

    Color the cell?

You could use a combo box in conjunction with the DV.

See Debra Dalgleish's site for more on this.

    Re: Validation Dropdown List

Gord Thank You! It worked wonderfuly. I used a Combo box and linked
to the cell just below it. Now when you change the combo box you end
up changing the data in the actual cell.

    Thanks.
