Pushing results HELP!

A1=1
A2= ""
B1=IF(AND(A1>1,A2=""), C1=A1, "wrong")
C1=

is there anyway to have the formalu "Push" the results of b1 to c1? so c1 should = 1,
i don't know the command to push results like that, and if it is posable in excel to do so.
