When running macro, the value in table is incorrect. Is 0; should be 1800.

This code is designed to adjust credit card monthly payments on DebtPP worksheet with the extra money identified on Dashboard worksheet. The credit card info is pulled from a form on FormL worksheet. If the adjusted payment makes the balance go below zero, essentially paying off the card, the payment amount is adjusted to make the card balance exactly 0 and move the remaining extra funds to the next card in the payment plan identified on the form. My problem is that the extra payment to the second card comes out to incorrect value of 0. I also send the value to a different worksheet "Test" and it shows as 1800. So I know the calculation is correct but I cannot figure out why it is 0 in the table.

Here is the code. I added notes. Error comes toward the end. I hope someone can help, this is driving me crazy!
