    Hi and Welcome

If you are new to the forum these may be of interest:
    http://www.cpearson.com/excel/newposte.htm
    http://www.cpearson.com/excel/Attachments.htm

Having read those you may want to post back with a description of what
your data looks like now and how you would like it to look when you are
    finished.

    Good luck

    Hi.
The best way to do this would be to select the data you wish to separate, and select
    data>text to columns
Select the delimited type, and click next.
Check the box under delimiters where it says "space" and click next. then finish.
    Hope this Helps,
    Andrew G
