I have nine check boxes beneath each other and when you select a checkbox it places a simple value to the cell behind it of 1 if its checked and 2 if its not, of which those values determine if certain forumulas are run. My problem is that if I only select say 2 checkboxes and go to print or print preview they all get "checked" by excel automatically. How do I stop excel from doing this. It's weird though b/c excel places a check mark in the box, but it doesn't activate the formula which is good, but its more of a visual problem. ANyone else have this problem?
