Finding Text In a Range

Dear Experts,

I am looking for some help to write a code which will look for text “20PC” anywhere in the cell in range F to I for each row in the worksheet if found in any cell then In column S put “Promotion” else “Non Promotion” .

I think I also must share that my data has 300,000 plus rows and second option was bit faster than first.
