How i can create hyperlink with email

When I create send the mail with hyperlink it is not going. Pls tell me the
procedure so that I can send the hyperlink sheet with data.

In order to help you I need to know some more information. Are you sending the email using Excel or Outlook? Is the mail to be sent when you click on a hyperlink or are you trying to include a hyperlink in the email?
