Licensing question

I am developing an application in excel and want to license it to users on a one-year license term, after this I want the software to become unusable.

Questions:

1. Is there a 3rd party product out there that can help me accomplish this?

2. Any other way to accomplish this?

Did you find a solution for this and, if yes, what product is it?

I'm sure he has found a solution in the past 14 years .... but, not sure if the found 3rd party application is still available.
