Macro to clear then reinsert pivot table datafield

    Hi,

I want to be able to clear all the field buttons from the datafield in a pivot table and then reinsert as this will help get me round the issue of losing datafield data when it is hidden.

Is there a way of clearing all of the datafield for this macro ?

    Cheers
    Greg

If your modiying the pivot table with code, why not just create a new one
after you clear out the old one.
