You need a double unary
=SUMPRODUCT(--(FE!$A$2:$A$65000=A7),--(FE!$B$2:$B$65000=B7),
--(FE!$C$2:$C$65000="BSE"),FE!$E$2:$E$65000)
See http://www.xldynamic.com/source/xld.SUMPRODUCT.html for a detailed
explanation.
