manipulate color with code

Not a VB wizzard. What is the code to make AA and AB letters white if either cell's value is equal to or less than 100?

Thanks! 4 some reason, this does not work. Could it be because I have conditional formatting for the same cell?

Does anyone have a clue why this code does not work?
