How to display a pop message based on a cell value

I have an excel sheet with the following columns Description and Deliverydate.
I want all the rows to be highlighted in a particular colour (i.e. red) 5 days before the deliverydate. Is this possible and how???

Go to Tool bar-> Format->Conditional Formatting
