Frame and scroll bar related

I am looking for code that activates a frame control with a vertical scroll
bar control.The frame has 10 text boxes.Thanks in advance

What do mean "activates a frame control " ?
The VBA Help for "ScrollHeight" explain how the scroll bars on a frame work.
