Is there a general formula to subract the two previous boxes?
I don't want to go though slowly

Depends what you mean by "boxes" and "previous".

eg.
Houses
Income | Fee's | difference
1,000 | 800 | 200
1,500 | 1,600| -100
something to calculate that but instead of ahaving to select each coordinate seperately.
suppose A1 is "income" , B1 as "Fees" and C1 "difference"
type in C2
=a2-b2
copy c2 down.
