I have some trouble to do what i wanna do. Let me explain a simple example:
I have to column, one with date and the other with corresponding value. But there are some missing value for certain date and I would like to create new row with missing date and put something for the value (for instance N/A). How can I do that sytematicaly.

Change "r = 1" and "c = 1" to the row and column where the list of dates begins.
