    row pushing macro

I have a this kind of problem.
I have two columns first including serial numbers and second part numbers. Sometimes there is twice the same serial and in this case the second part number must be filled by hand.

is there a macro that could push the part number row down and write 'missing part' always when serial is repeated?

    serial1 part
    serial2 part
    serial3 part
    serial3 missing part
    serial4 part

Please I need to know two things:
    1) you need only to insert the string 'missing part' for each row with the same serial of the previous or you also need to repeat the previous part number?

    2) Rows with same serial are contiguous or not?

    Thanks a lot

If you need only put string 'missing part' and rows with same serial are contiguous you can use this code.
