Time Delay Macro

Hello everyone,

This forum has always been very helpful so I hope someone can help me with this macro. I want to create a macro that when started will input the number 1 into cell A1 and then 30 seconds later clear contents of cell B1. I can do all of this except the 30 second wait period. Is this possible? Thanks for any help.
