    Post Microsoft outlook popup box

I wrote a macro to send email to a list people, when the macro starts running to go through the list I get a popup box. This happens every time the macro go through each email. The popup box says click Yes to send or No to stop email from sending. Is there a way to disable this popup box. I tried everything but no luck I hope someone has an idea on how to get rid of this annoying box.
