    New to Macros-easy, pls help

    Hi All,

I need help with a little project i'm working on.
I need to do data checks and there are two different files, File X, File Y
I need to check against COlumn T of File X, and Column B of File Y, and if they are same, say nothing, if they are different, give me a sign saying 'Not good'.
The identifier of file X is in column A, but the same identifier is in column D of file Y.

Any help would be helpful. Sooner vs later.
    Thanks

I would like a macro to do this. I can do this using Vlookups but, I know macros can do it faster.

    Try this macro

I am short on time so have not been able to full test the code.

For the code in red change book ands sheet names as required.

I have assumed that row 1 of sheet X is a header if not change the blue 2 to 1

I have told macro to put comments into column D of book X to change column change letters in Blue

If code is not correct reply back with what changes are required
