How to disable macro in saved file

Please see the attached macro code. It opens a workbook template for creating quotes, assigns a sequential number, then prompts the user to save the file under a new name so the template remains intact.

The problem is that I only want the macro to run when the actual template is opened. But when I re-open a file that was saved as an offshoot of the template (from the user being prompted above), the macro runs in the file as well.

How do I get the macro to run ONLY in the original template and not in the subsequent files created from that template.

    Thanks.
