DOS command in VBA

I would like to rename a file from a module witten in VBA in Excell. Any idea what the code looks like? I tried Call Shell() without success.


file to rename: \\Hercules\NFTC OPS\Briefing Shells\ops brief\Ops_Notes.htm
new name: \\Hercules\NFTC OPS\Briefing Shells\ops brief\Ops_Notes.txt

ps I work under Windows XP.
