I tried to search this but could not get answer to my difficult. May be I could not put proper word in search criteria.
I have User Form to enter weekly data for work done by each employee. Folloing data is to be filled
Date , Name of Employee, Nature of Work, No. of Hours worked.
Once data entry for particular employee is started everytime Employee Name is to entered in testbox. Moreover most of the time Nature of Work done is same for 3-4 days in a week. What I want is that whenever any entry is made through User Form, same should be repeated in User Form. So that if any one filed is to changed it can be changed and there will not be any need to fill other details. This will save lot of time.
Can this be done?
Please help me.
