Macro for copying into a new sheet using flag

Hi ... I wonder if a macro can be written to copy a large sheet into a new sheet using a flag character embedded in the original sheet as the criterion to select that row into new sheet ...
More specifically, I have a sheet with columns from "A" to "BC" and rows from 1 to 1000 .... the top 10 rows are reserved for header purposes and other sundry information ... I would like to selectively copy the original sheet into a new sheet by using a macro that selects only those rows for copying which has a certain flag character set in column "G" .... I would be using this macro from time to time ....
If anybody can help me with this kind of a macro, I would appreciate it very much ...
    Thanks
