One worksheet how to print/collate three views of same sheet?

    Hi

I have one spreadsheet. It has three views based on a macro changing the filter. What I want to do is print out multiple copies of these three views in order.

So what I would do at the moment is change the filter refresh the data and print it out. Do the same for the second view and the same for the third and then repeat the process again according to how many copies i need.

I am wondering if there is an easier way to do this as it is slow. Can you save each view in memory somehow and just use some VBA to make the printer do the work?

    Use Custom View. (View menu)

Set your filter and then create a custom view, repeat, repeat. When you call that view, it will re-apply the filter settings. And then record a macro of you selcting views and printing.

    Good Luck.

    Custom views

    Thanks for the reply.

If I create three custom views will I have to print each separately? This is the problem. I only want to send one file to the printer. Say if I wanted 15 copies of the three views then I would have to send (15*3) 45 copies to the printer.

Would using custom views help with this?
