mail Code no longer working in 2007

Please see the below code that I have in an excel workbook. The purpose was to send me a message that a new request had been submitted. Everything worked really well until Outlook and Excel were upgraded to 2007. Now it is no longer working. Can anyone help with this??? The items that have double comment marks were already commented out when the code was working. Thanks in advance.
