Hi all,

I was hoping that somebody could help me out here. I need to put information in a pivot table in word in a different format.

e.g.,

A B Total
A1' B1
B2' 2
A2'' B3"
B4"
B5" 3
A3 B6
.
.
.
An Bn


I want to get the above information that currently resides in excel, into word in this format.

A1' A2"
B1' B3"
B2' B4"
B5"
A3 A4
B6 B10
B7
B8
B9

See? I just want to change the pivot table around and put the data into word.

Does anybody know how I would do that, or could you help me write a macro to help me do this?
