copy and paste special values

Here is my problem. I have a lot of formulae on a sheet, and i dont want excel to waste time going through them and filling them in whenever i change a value. In column A i have a date, and i was wondering how to go about writing a code that looked to see if the date was earlier than today, and if so copy the entire row and paste special values the data in. Thanks for any help you can give

Put this in the ThisWorkbook code module and what was a formula yesterday will become a value today.
