How can I put a working Excel Form into html format?

I am wondering if I can creat a form and save it as hmt format and put it on net. Will it work?

Yes, you can do it, and it is pretty easy to do. You don't say much about your workbook. There many features that aren't supported by Excel when published interactively on the web. Have a look at John's site. It is easy to read and covers the common pitfalls of web publishing, and also covers how to create an interactive web document.
