What do you mean/ Are 50 & 100 in separate TextBoxes?

Yes, the user enters the quantity of notes of each denomination in one box and a second box shows the value.
If textBox one is for notes of a denomination of 20 and TextBox2 needs the value of that entry, use the TextBox1_Exit event
