Delete rows based on specific criteria

Please help to code a macro that will delete rows based on the following :
In the attachment,
Column C : Delete rows where numbers in column C are in the rage of 2500-2799
Column B: Delete rows where column B is 'N'
Also, is there was y in which the excel sheets format can be normalized so that column C is always recognized as a number.
